What are the most common inspection files?

  • Lack of regulatory signs on the premises
  • Have Civil Liability Insurance with the correct amount
  • Maintenance of fire systems, fire extinguishers, equipped fire hydrants etc …
  • Lack of music limiter.
  • Lack of acoustic project.
  • Put in the street more tables in the terrasse than allowed.

 

What is the deadline for the Barcelona City Council to respond to my appeal?

The administrative procedure is divided into the following phases:

1. Inspection report (pink leaf) issued by an official of the Regiduría or a District Urban Guard.

2. Conferment of sight, they usually give 15 working days to answer.

3. Rejection of the arguments and proposal for cessation of activity.

4. Appeal to the Cessation.

If in the end the deficiencies are remedied, the Barcelona City Council can still send the sanctions for the breaches made.

5. Archiving of the file.

Between each phase the City Council carries out an inspection visit by the City Council inspector to verify that the requirement has been complied with.
