Making a business transfer is a very important decision, so you have to be well advised and have made an assessment of the real state of the premises.
What do we take into account when evaluating transfers?
- Verify that the license that is transferred corresponds to the location of the premises to which the rental contract will be obtained from the owner.
- Verify that the current holder that transfers is the one that appears in the license.
- Verify that there are no inspection files that indicate that the premises have generated inconvenience to the neighbours or breaches.
- Verify that the distribution of the premises complies with the approved plans of the license and if there have been changes these are not substantial for the development of the activity.
- Verification if you have a terrace license and how many tables and chairs.
- Verify that you have the corresponding Commissioning or Initial Control.
- Case of existence of chimney, verify its compliance with the regulations.
- The legal department will have to verify that there is no seizure of the license.
